I bought a Matouk sheet set and my first impression was that the fabric felt genuinely soft right out of the package. To me, that’s a good sign because I really don’t like when new sheets feel stiff or need a bunch of washes before they’re comfortable. These already felt nice, and after washing them, they seemed to get even a little softer.
I’m giving them 4 stars mostly because the price feels a bit steep, and the shipping took longer than I was expecting. That said, the comfort is definitely there, and I can see why people like them. If I decide to splurge on sheets again, I’d probably buy another set.

I ordered a fitted sheet from Matouk and, to be fair, the fabric does feel really nice. The fit, though, was a little off on my mattress. The corners stayed a bit loose and I had to straighten everything out after a night or two, which is exactly the kind of glamorous bedtime routine I was hoping for. It’s not awful, but for the price, I expected it to fit better. Shipping was totally fine, at least.

The sheets themselves are really nice and feel great, but getting help with my order was kind of frustrating. I emailed twice and the replies were slow and vague, which felt a little careless considering the price. To be fair, they did fix everything in the end, and the person I heard from wasn’t rude or anything. I just expected the support to feel a bit more attentive.

The towel feels soft and looks nice hanging in the bathroom, but it doesn’t dry me off as quickly as I expected. I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle of contacting customer service because I never really trust that they’ll do much anyway, so I’ll probably just keep it and use it as a backup.

I ordered pillowcases in one color, and when they showed up they were a totally different shade. I mean, customer service did get back to me, but then I had to go through the whole back-and-forth thing, and it was just annoying. For the price, I really expected them to get the color right the first time

These sheets were really nice when I first opened them. Soft, comfy, looked decent on the bed. But after a few washes, they started feeling thinner and the seams got kind of rough and messy. For what they cost, I thought they’d hold up better. Disappointing.

I ordered a set after a friend kept telling me about Matouk. Definitley not cheap, but the sheets feel so nice. Super soft and a little like hotel sheets, but not in an overly fancy way. The fabric just feels really high quality. I’ve washed them twice now and they still feel great. Really happy I got them

I’ve always liked Matouk’s products, so I was expecting the shopping experience to feel a little more polished. The items themselves are nice, but the website was kind of frustrating to use. Some pages loaded slowly for me, and the filters didn’t always narrow things down correctly, so it took longer than it should have to find the size and color I wanted. Checkout worked fine, but the shipping details weren’t as clear as I expected. For a brand like this, I just thought the whole site would feel smoother.

The selection felt limited. There just wasn’t much variety, and having to go through the same few options over and over felt kind of unnecessary

I picked up a set of Matouk sheets and figured I’d wait until I’d washed them a few times before saying anything about them.

So far, they’ve come out looking clean and still feel really nice. They don’t have that rough or off feeling some sheets get after washing, and I haven’t noticed any shrinking or issues with the stitching or anything like that.

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that they take a little longer to dry than my old sheets. It’s not a huge problem, just one of those things I noticed. Overall, I’m happy with this set.

I was pleasantly surprised by how close the color was in person. It matched the product photos really well, especially in natural light, and the shade looked pretty much like what I was hoping for.

I’m taking off one star because the price is definitely up there, and the shipping took longer than I was hoping. But overall, I’m really happy with them. My sleep setup feels way better now.

I went in expecting the usual thing where the sheets I want are out of stock or there’s some wait, but nope… they actually had them. Simple, just got what I needed and didn’t have to mess around.

These sheets feel really nice and soft, and the quality seems good so far. They’ve held up well after washing, which I’m happy about. My only complaint is they wrinkle easily, they wrinkle a lot. I keep noticing the wrinkles every time I make the bed, so that part is a little annoying. Still, they’re comfortable and feel good to sleep on.

Matouk.com definitely has that clean, fancy look at first, and the photos are nice. But after spending time on it, the whole thing felt kind of stiff and plain to me. Pages loaded fine, but browsing didn’t feel warm or easy, and I felt a little stupid for trusting the polished look to mean the experience would be better. It works, but I wish it felt more inviting...

I thought matouk was going to be much, much pricier, so I was kind of surprised. It’s definitely not cheap cheap, but for the quality, the price felt fair to me. I also managed to catch a good deal, so overall I’m happy, really happy with it.

Umm, I got this as a gift for my mom and she loved it. It arrived in really nice condition too, so I was happy with it.

I actually really like these sheets. They feel well made, and the stitching is clean, which is one of those little things I notice right away for some reason. They just seem put together nicely overall. The only thing is, after washing them, the edges do wrinkle a bit, not a huge deal, but enough that I noticed it when putting them back on the bed. Still happy with them, just taking off one star for that.

I ordered towels from Matouk and paid extra for the monogram. I figured it would look nicer than taking them to a local shop.

The towels themselves are soft. No issue there. But the initials looked a little crooked. There were also a few loose threads. One letter looked thicker than the others, so the whole thing felt off.

Customer service did reply. It just took a while. I also had to explain the problem more than once. For the price, I expected cleaner work. Not awful, but definitely disappointing
